Pregnancy and the first year after having a baby can bring many emotional changes. This session looks at perinatal depression and anxiety, including common signs and symptoms, available supports, and ways to support positive mental health during pregnancy and after birth. The session is open to expectant parents, new parents, and those supporting families during this stage of life.

Registration Required.

Please cancel if you are unable to attend due to the popularity of our programs. This way more people from the community are able to join. Thank you for being a good neighbour.
