Artificial intelligence is now part of everyday life—built into search, phones, office tools, and many of the apps people use daily. Public interest is rising quickly, but so are questions about accuracy, privacy, safety, and practical use.

Join Ontario-based technology leader and speaker Richard Khan as he gives library audiences a practical, plain-language introduction to popular generative AI tools—such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini—with a strong emphasis on verification, privacy, and responsible use.
