Children will learn basic hand drumming skills and world music in a fun interactive setting.

Join internationally recognized drummer Jeff Salem for a fun hands-on workshop for all ages and levels. It will teach basic rhythms on a variety of hand percussion instruments and their application to music. Students will have the opportunity to learn and play on the following instruments: Djembes, Ashikos & Bongos, as well as a variety of other hand held percussion instruments including shakers, cowbells, tambourine, claves and much more. Everyone in attendance needs to register.
